Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male with 134.48 pounds of weight and 5.74 feet of height. I have an issue with increasing white hair on my head.
Please help.
Hello,
icliniq.com welcomes you.
I understand your concern and will try my best to give you all the answers in a very easy and clear manner.
There are several reasons for the premature greying of hair, but it may be genetically inherited also. However I suggest you follow these instructions to help reduce premature greying of the hair.
1. Avoid stress, as it is one of the main reasons that many young men are experiencing these days which may cause early white hair.
2. Quit smoking if you have a habit as it also plays a major role in the greying of your hair.
3. Use coconut oil or gooseberry oil, as they may help prevent premature greying of the hair.
4. Drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated, as it helps the hair and scalp retain moisture and prevent dryness. Due to the lack of moisture in hair follicles, there are chances of premature greying.
5. Take multivitamins like biotin and vitamin E, as the whitening of hair is usually the result of a deficiency of vitamins in the diet. I suggest you increase your intake of vitamins A and B in your diet. I suggest you consume more yellow fruits and green leafy vegetables. You can eat bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, tomatoes, yoghurt, yeast, and cereals to increase vitamin B in your diet.
I hope this has helped you.
Please follow-up if you have more doubts.
Thank you.
