Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the pictures and descriptions (attachment removed to protect patient identity). You are suffering from a benign condition called pityriasis Versicolor. It is a superficial fungal infection that occurs commonly in the summer months. I would suggest you to take following steps:

  1. Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.
  2. Use cotton clothes.
  3. Take bath twice daily as increased sweating can aggravate this condition.
  4. You can take tablet AF 400 (Fluconazole) one tablet tonight.
  5. Apply Onabet cream on the spots at the night.
  6. Keep your dandruff under control.
  7. It will take more than three weeks to get back your normal skin color.
  8. For white hair, you can start taking Biotin-containing hair supplements like Hairbless tablet once daily.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
