My 1-month-old puppy scratched me with a nail. Is there any problem for me? My age is 18.

There will not be any problem with minor scratches by your puppy. You must be worried about rabies, but rabies only spreads by the saliva of dog that too from the saliva of rabies dog. Just clean the wound with antiseptic solution and you will be fine. Keep your dog vaccinated and nails trimmed.
