Hello doctor,
I noticed a cluster of egg-like rash on the foreskin of my penis. I applied the oil and Surfaz-SN cream, but I am not sure whether I am using the correct medicine or not.

I think you are suffering from genital warts. Please answer the following questions for more details. When did it appear first? Do you have an itching or burning sensation due to the lesions? Did you scratch the lesions? Did the lesions appear after applying the Surfaz-SN cream?

I suggest you take the Codovofir 1 % injection at night for seven days (consult a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medications with their consent). After that, electrodessication with thermal cautery and CO2 resurfacing laser is the treatment of choice.
