Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had a mole on my upper nose since childhood. This mole hurts when I touch it a little hard, and sometimes I get headaches from it. Also, my face starts to get red around my cheeks when I get exposed to heat and sometimes I get an itchy rash also. I do not have any allergies. What to do?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.I went through your query and understood your concern.

As regards the mole, I need to see the picture of the mole to assess the morphology. For the reddening of the cheek, it sounds like rosacea. It is an inflammatory condition in which such redness occurs on exposure to sun or heat. Kindly share photos of the mole and rash on the cheek so I can advise you on proper treatment.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
