Can I take my son, who tested positive for RSV but does not have symptoms, out for fresh air?

Occasionally, the infection may be prolonged or severe, so you must closely watch his breathing. If there is no breathing issue (as you mentioned, he does not have any symptoms), there is no need to worry. Give good food and plenty of fluids.

I suggest tablet Paracetamol as and when required.

No other medicine is needed.
