Hi doctor,
I am going to get married after six months. My fiance is my dad's sister's son. Our blood groups are the same B+. Will there be any problem to the baby? If yes, then what is the solution?

The blood group will not be a problem but, there are chances of high consanguinity. Consanguineous marriages are associated with an increased risk for congenital malformations and autosomal recessive diseases, with some resultant increased postnatal mortality in the offspring of first cousin couples.
