Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have this trauma, and it is getting worse, making me highly sensitive. It first started when I worked in a hotel as a galley steward. I tried to do my best for every task given by my manager. Until colleagues started throwing sarcasm at me. I then resigned from my job. I felt trauma. I feel like I am on the edge of schizophrenia.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Your colleagues were bullying you, and you just succumbed to the bullying. This happens to people who do not have friends. Bullying does occur with everyone. Sarcasm, severe harassment, kickbacks, backbiting, etc, are part of any organization's culture. But when we have friends within the organization, we talk with those friends, and they help us overcome the situation. You live your life. You should have self-esteem and pride. If you have all these, bullying will never touch you. I know this is more complicated. But decisive steps are needed for the day. I suggest online counseling for you.
I hope this information will help you.
Thanks.
