Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I suffered from depression earlier but now I feel fine. However, I always feel tired and have strange sensations in my head and backside. I sweat a lot and am unable to concentrate on my studies. Why so?

Please help.

It seems you are lacking confidence and self-esteem. I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Be bold and confident.

2. Fix your daily schedule.

3. Take seven to eight hours of sleep daily.

4. Exercise regularly for 30 to 45 minutes.

5. Do meditation for 15 minutes daily.

6. Eat healthy home-cooked meals and avoid junk foods.

7. Spend time on outdoor sports.

8. Spend time with friends and family.

9. Try to focus on your studies.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
