Hello doctor,
I am 27 years old. I have had sex from the past five years. I have a girlfriend we use to have sex daily for three to four times at night. My penis suddenly stops enlargement. On an earlier day I had four-time sex but in the present day, I am having only a one-time erection in my penis. What I have observed in the present day is that I ride my bike around 45 km. Whenever I am riding my bike I have observed numbness in my penis. After that, my penis glans tip became a bit white color. Feels cold in that area. Earlier when I am touching my penis glans I feel some kind of sensation. Now the tip of my penis has no sensation at all, it feels like rubber. This numbness in my penis while riding a bike I have been observing for the past two years like once in two months. I hope I have good testosterone levels and my penis erection is reduced. The sexual interest got reduced. Please suggest to me how to get back the things normal. I am planning to get married in two months. Please suggest to me if there is any medication that can be curable for this ASAP. In case face-to-face consultation is needed whom should I contact dermatologist or neurologist? What are the tests I need to check? Is this the curable thing or not?

I read your query and understand your concern. Numbness of penis after riding bike is an issue. See that the petrol tank is not pressing against your perineum while riding. Inbetween long drives stop after 20 min to lift your perineum from seat to allow intermittent circulation. Sexual interest and erection more than once is dependent on how frequently and for how long exposed to sexual experience. The more you get experience lesser will be frequency. I think you are absolutely normal. Near marriage take very low dose sexual aid which can be stopped later once the couple gets confidence. I suggest taking tablet Modula or Mildfil 5mg (Tadalafil) every evening , this has no relation with the timing of sexual intercourse. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thank you so much doctor for reply. For still I got doubt like my penis tip have no sensation. It is becoming like rubber. What I am suspecting the entire glans will become like tip? Is that true. Is there any side effects using modula or mild fill? If entire glans become like tip then the total glans will be rubber. Please guide me on how to overcome this. Is that related to the nerving system of the penis? If yes how to improve that, still I can do sex only two times daily. Which medication will make the tip of the penis will become normal like an earlier sensation. The climax of the sex while releasing sperm I have good pleasure earlier. Now while releasing sperm the penis tip is totally cold and not much pleasure? Please suggest to me how to get things normal.

I can assure you that the glans will not become numb completely, for that the precautions I mentioned need to follow. Modula does not have any major side effect, you may feel slight stuffy nose and slight heaviness of head initially. Neurobion is given for nerve health which you describe as numbness, if you read various results of questionaire in general population, average frequency of sexual activity is about once a week in married couple. If you can have sex once a day with orgasm of both partners it is satisfactory. Initially post marriage the frequency may be higher. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thanks for reply. But what I am suspecting suddenly why this happen. I used involve four times sexual intercourse in a day. Now only one or two times max. It is not gradually decreased. In a day it happens like that. That not as active as earlier. I will follow the medication you suggested to me.
