Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

After marriage, we are planning to have intercourse. This will be the first time for both of us. I want to know if the insertion of the penis is difficult, and if it is difficult, then can you guide me to the best lubricant. Shall I use water-based lubricant or silicon lubricant? I also want to know if using lubricant is safe if we are planning a baby. If lubricant is not safe to use, then guide me further.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Hope you are doing fine. Sex is a natural process, so try to be as natural as possible. As both of you are new to sex, I suppose, it may take some time to know the normal procedure, but better to avoid lubricants of any sort unless absolutely needed. Let me give you a few tips. Follow the following tips:

  1. Before sex, it is better for both of you to pass urine. Then try to spend as long as possible, a minimum of 45 to 60 minutes in foreplay. During this time, you should finger each other's genitals and body parts as much as possible. Do not try to have sex, mechanically, just to have babies, enjoy it.

  2. As female genitals, the vagina in a virgin is tight and narrow, do not hurry into inserting the penis on the first day. It may be painful and may cause bleeding, as both of you are anxious and inexperienced. So, during foreplay or lovemaking, insert one finger into her vagina, slowly and move it to and fro. Try to rub the upper part of the vagina, then if not painful, gradually try with two fingers, do not use any sex toys, they may be injurious. She may have an orgasm with this. You can feel the secretions flowing out, and will not need lubricant. If she is withstanding it and wants more, use a penis. When she fingers with your penis, rubbing it to and fro. the minimal discharge from the penis is also lubricant

  3. If you still feel lubrication is not adequate use any of the water-based lubricant. Use jellies that are from natural sources, they do not affect the health of the baby.

  4. For the initial few times, try to be below and make her come on top. Let her sit on you with thighs spread out, and let her press onto you, she will not cause pain in herself, so her pain can be avoided.

  5. Another option is to make her lie down on a pillow with her leg out of bed; you should stand on the edge of the bed and now pull her onto your penis. This position will relax her pelvis, and sex will be better.

Hope I have clarified your query, do write back at icliniq.com if you have any more queriesRegards.
