Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 24 years old. From previous years my behavior is changed. Now I have become short-tempered and aggressive type which I do not want to be. Please tell me how can I overcome that. I have so much stress.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Increased irritability and anger outbursts can be due to various reasons.

  1. Situational, surrounding stress and discomfort make you irritable and angry.
  2. When there is anxiety or depression due to some interpersonal relationship problems.
  3. Hormonal imbalance.

If any of these things are happening to you then try to solve it. it. This will help you and if you are still not able to get through it. You can always connect with me I would be happy to help you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
