If it is reoccurring, then it could be a fungal infection. Stop using Lobate GM (Miconazole and Neomycin). It gives you immediate relief, but when you stop it again, it flares up. Since you have been using this cream, it will take time for the infection to subside. Wrinkles will decrease with time once you stop the cream.
