Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

What are your symptoms like? Sinusitis symptoms are nose block, facial pressure or a headache, nasal discharge and a decreased sense of smell. This has to be objectively seen via nasal endoscopy or CT scan of sinuses. Has any been done on you? If so can you share with us the reports?Meanwhile, sinusitis is a multifactorial disease. It can be due to bacteria, fungi, allergy, pollution, biofilms and many other environmental factors. We have to clearly evaluate you based on history findings and investigations and then diagnose correctly. Only then the treatment can be tailored to your problem and then it will work. One size fits all treatment for sinusitis is wrong and useless. As a part of this, you may need a CT scan of sinuses, allergy testing of blood, skin prick testing if an allergy is compounding your sinusitis problem, nasal endoscopy, routine blood investigations, etc. You may be started on nasal sprays with corticosteroids and antihistaminics and mucolytics depending on your symptoms. Do write back to us, sharing all details about your disease and past treatment records. We shall assess everything and get back to you.
