How can I treat the skin patches on hand and forehead?

I am having the patches on hand and near the forehead. This has been for the last 3 to 6 months. Had psorasis earlier that was cured. What do I do for these kinds of patches on the skin? Is it serious? Kindly help me with medication to provide a solution.

I have gone through your case. In my opinion, you are having different types of lesions on your face and arms. For the face lesion, apply Clindamycin gel two times a day only on the raised red lesion. Lesion around the eye may take a longer time to heal. Brown lesion on arms is due to sun and dryness. Please regularly apply a sunblock lotion with SPF 40 or above to prevent furthermore lesions. These are called lentigines. For dryness use E45 lotion.
