Patient's Query

Hello doctor.

I am in my early 50’s and I have begun to see indicators of aging, such as wrinkles and decreased energy. Can you recommend anti-aging skincare regimes and lifestyle adjustments that will allow me to age gracefully while remaining active?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Graceful aging is always a plus, and it may be obtained by a constant skin care program, a healthy diet, and proper face yoga movements. I would provide facts about your skin care regimen that may assist you in having moisturized skin, which reduces your risks of acne.

I suggest the following regime:

  1. Start by using a cleansing gel: Begin by applying 2 pumps of cleaning gel to a moist face, massaging in a gently circular motion for 20 seconds, and then washing off. Use it twice a day. This is a non-surfactant, non-drying version that is beneficial for keeping skin moisturized and plump.

  2. Use a collagen wrinkle power serum after: Apply 3 to 4 drops to the entire face in a dabbing motion after washing your face. Wait 5 minutes before applying the regular hyaluronic acid serum on top to lock it in.

  3. Follow it up with a hyaluronic acid B5 serum: After washing your face, apply 3 to 4 drops of this serum to your whole face, using a press and release or dabbing technique rather than a swiping motion. Use in the morning after washing your face and at night after using the collagen serum.

  4. Seal it with a moisturizer: After using the serum, use this moisturizer in the morning and at night. Use 3 to 4 pumps to cover your entire face.

Please test all of these items for 8 to 12 hours on your wrist or behind your ears before using them. Finishing up with a gel-based sunscreen: To avoid sun damage, use sunscreen every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Use 20 minutes before leaving the house or as the final step in your regimen when you get home. Sunscreens lose their effectiveness every 2 hours between 9 am and 5 pm.

Include in your diet foods like fish, almonds, spinach, pear, apples, oranges, tomatoes, okra, capsicum, lemon, and honey water. Consuming oats, green tea, and avocados will help. Oil massage with coconut oil on the face and face yoga is also recommended. It is recommended that you drink at least 2.5 liters of water.

Here are some of the supplements that can help you:

  1. Capsule. Omega 3 (triglyceride supplement) once daily after dinner for 2 months.

  2. Capsule: Evion 400 (vitamin E) once daily after dinner for 2 months.

Procedures like hydrafacials will also aid with skin tightening and may be done once a month from skincare for further care.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
