Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I want to ask about the treatment for a non-itchy rash around my mouth. It is like perioral dermatitis, but it is not itchy. It only appears when I eat seafood, but I am not sure if that is really the cause. Last night I only ate pork with liver sauce in it. When I woke up, I saw some rashes. I am only taking Althea contraceptive pills. For my skin, I use toner, vitamin E, and Niacinamide. Please help me with this, doctor. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is an allergic rash. Is it spreading? Do you have any fever or irritation? Do you scratch or rub excessively? Does it occur repeatedly, and do you have any drug allergies? Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your response. It does not spread, and I do not have fever or irritation. It is itchy and seldom appears. I am not allergic to any drugs. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you take these medicines (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take the medicines with their consent). Apply Desonide cream at night for two weeks. Apply Tacroz (Tacrolimus) 0.01 percent gel in the daytime for ten days. Take Tablet Zincovit 100 mg once after breakfast for 30 days. Use Azac soap for a bath for one month. Take Tablet Teczine-M (Levocetirizine and Montelukast) once at night after food for seven days. Wash face with Cetaphil cleanser twice a day for one month. Apply Cetaphil moisturizing cream after bath for twenty days. Avoid triggers like seafood, irritants, known food allergens, and harsh soaps. Maintain proper hygiene. Avoid direct sunlight. Use photostable sunscreen daily for three months. We will have a follow-up after ten days. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
