Thank you for the reply.
I am 35-years-old. The lesions are only there nowhere else. It has been there for a few months. I have not applied for anything there. I have no other illness. I am working with my family. Is this something to worry the doctor?

The lesions may be due to an epidermoid cyst or lichen planus. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist for further examination, diagnosis, and management. You can use topical Hydrocortisone cream twice daily for now. It is not a serious thing to worry about.
Antihistamines like Cetirizine can be taken to reduce itching.
Wear loose cotton innerwears.
Avoid friction or irritation.
See that there is adequate ventilation.
