Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am in my late twenties. I am having a sleep disorder for a month and I feel weak too. My usual body clock is from 11 AM to 3 AM or worst until 5 AM in the morning. I am also taking the capsule Myra-E 400 IU after lunch daily. I am worried that it may cause a serious problem to my health.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand that you are not getting enough sleep. I also understand that you are awake from 11 AM to 3 AM on most days and I assume that this is related to your work schedule. Anxiety is usually a reason for reduced sleep. How is your appetite? Are you able to sleep alone in a dark room, undisturbed by others?

Please get investigations done for CBC (complete blood count), vitamin B12, vitamin D, liver and kidney functions, and blood sugar. If any of the mentioned investigations need attention, please do reach out to me.

If all the results come out to be normal, you can try Melatonin tablets.

Take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
