Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been getting self-conscious about the shape of my penis for the past two days. Could you kindly advise me on how to improve its size, strength, and health? I am 18 years old, my height is 5 feet 7 inches, and I weigh 99.4 pounds. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

There is no medically proven treatment for increasing the length of the penis. It cannot be increased unless you have hormonal problems. I suggest testing serum-free testosterone and LH (luteinizing hormone) levels for this.

The size of the penis varies from person to person, as do other physical traits. On average, it spans from 3.5 to 5.5 inches during erection. The average female's vaginal length is around three to four inches. Pleasure and satisfaction between sexual partners are independent of penis size and length. The size of the penis is unrelated to sexual satisfaction. The sensitive portion of the vagina is only two inches from the opening. A penis larger than two inches may satisfy ladies just as much as any other size.

You can even lose some weight if you are fat. Because one inch of your penis may be hidden under fat. You pull your penis daily and keep it pulled for one to two minutes.

Do not remain stressed about this. You can satisfy any female, and this will not affect your married life.

Still, some exercises like jelqing (the penis enlargement technique) could help to increase the size of the penis if done properly. This consists of milking-like actions on a semi-erect penis from base to tip, repeated about three to four times a day for about five to ten minutes per episode.

I hope this information will help you.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
