Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 19 years old. I did not have sex, but my partner was dry-humping on top of me, and the sperm came out on his clothes.

He was wearing two layers of clothing, and I was wearing one layer.

Can sperm pass through clothes?

Answered by Dr. Richa Agarwal

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Thanks for trusting us with your health care.

There is no chance of pregnancy in your case because sperm cannot travel and survive on clothes.

Semen, in its liquid form, travels through clothes, but it also dries out when it comes in contact with air.

Sperm cannot swim through clothes, reach the vagina, and make you pregnant.

It is tough to identify sperm in semen.

So there is no chance of pregnancy in your case.

Hope it helps.

Thank you and take care.
