I have sore breasts with itching and acne. What could it be?

Hello doctor,

I am 43. I have severe breast soreness and tenderness after periods. I also have severe itching on my skin, blackheads below the breast line, and folds. I cannot wear a proper bra due to itching.

I also have a bump below the left breast under the skin. What causes this?

Please help.
