I feel a heaviness and pain in my testicles that starts slowly and then becomes very intense and hard to tolerate. My testicles also feel tense during this time. This usually happens every one or two days. However, if I masturbate, the pain and tension go away, and everything feels normal again. Please guide me about this problem.
