I am 20 years old. My penis becomes slightly swollen during an erection, and the swelling is more noticeable after ejaculation. I do not have a sexual partner, and I am not sexually active. I masturbate about once a week, and after each time, my semen appears dark yellow. Recently, I have started feeling soreness and swelling in my left testicle.
