How to stop tinnitus that happens after using a nasal wash?

Hello doctor,
I used a nasal wash, and I started getting a ringing sound in my left ear that did not go away. I have never had tinnitus. Did the nasal wash cause it? After I did the nasal wash, my forehead hurt. What can I do to get rid of this? I am very frustrated and annoyed. It has been eight days already. Kindly help.

I read your query and can understand your concern. After about three days of treatment, the tinnitus might stop. However, if it persists, you should perform a tympanometry and pure tone audiometry to evaluate the condition of your middle ears and cochlear nerves. And I suppose Fluticasone spray is helpless.
