  1. Bloating and swelling of the stomach.
  2. Smelly, foul, rotten egg belching or burps and flatulence.
  3. Abdominal cramping and belly discomfort.
  4. Repeated vomiting.
  5. The feeling of fullness in the upper abdomen.
  6. Loss of appetite.

I have also had an endoscopy, biopsy, ultrasound, barium test, and other related tests done. Kindly suggest treatment.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Regarding your symptoms, I propose you have developed a post-operative adhesion that is causing partial abdominal obstruction

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions.

  1. Take 20 ml of syrup Gaviscon (Sodium alginate) three times a day.
  2. Take a tablet of Simethicone (Dimethicone) 180mg and a capsule of Erythromycin (Erythromycin stearate) 500mg three times a day.
  3. Take a tablet of Hyoscine butyl bromide 10mg and Omeprazole 40mg two times a day.
  4. Consume a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
