Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I used an old razor, and then I had unprotected sex. After nine days, I got a rash and discharge. Could it be herpes or a bacterial infection? There is no pain while peeing.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

You need to send a few details for me to be able to help you properly.

  1. It has been how many days since you had unprotected sex.
  2. After how many days of sex did the rash develop?
  3. Was it only on the genitalia or elsewhere on the body?
  4. Also, were there small fluid-filled lesions?
  5. Was there any burning sensation?
  6. Did you develop fever, anorexia, diarrhea, and sore throat?

You need to undergo a few blood tests once you send the above answers. And please do not take it lightly.

Thank you.
