Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I took a pill five days ago, and since then, I have been experiencing light bleeding while urinating, along with cramps and a headache.
Should I be worried, or is this a common side effect?
Thank you.

Needing to pee more often than usual during the night (nocturia).
A sudden need to pee or more urgently than usual.
Pee that looks cloudy.
Blood in pee.
Lower tummy pain or pain in your back, just under the ribs.
A high temperature, or feeling hot and shivery.
A very low temperature below 36C.
Your pee may also be dark or smelly. If this is your only symptom, it might be because you have not been drinking enough water.
I will advise you to do the following test
Urine complete examination.
Medication
Tablet Ciprofloxacin 500mg two times a day for 7 days.

Tablet Tranexamic acid two times a day for 5 days.
I hope I have answered your query.
