Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 19 years old, and I am experiencing a burning sensation in my vagina, possibly also in the urethra. I have not seen a doctor yet, and I also feel weak. I believe that stress and depression may have caused me to lose my sexual desire, which could potentially create problems in the future after getting married. Please help me; I am very upset about it. I would be very thankful if you could help me solve this problem.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am very sorry to hear about your medical condition. Please do not worry; I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I suspect that you may have developed a chronic vaginal infection along with acute stress syndrome and a loss of libido. I suggest you take the following treatment:

  1. Injection of Ceftriaxone 1g once daily.
  2. 0.1% Miconazole vaginal insertion twice daily.
  3. Tablet Metronidazole 400mg three times a day.
  4. Capsule Co-Amoxiclav (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid) 625mg twice daily.
  5. Tablet Ketoconazole 200mg once daily.
  6. Tablet Acyclovir 800mg once daily.

Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her, and take the medicines with their consent. If your symptoms persist, please schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

Thank you for using iCliniq, and have a nice day.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
