Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My vaginal opening is too small or too tight. When I tried to do sex with my boyfriend, I was getting pain during the penetration of his penis into my vagina. I also had blood spots after penetration. This happened twice while we were trying to do sex.
1. What could be the reason for this?
2. How can I make my vaginal hole wider?
3. How could I support my partner for penetration sex?
Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
It will take some time. You will get pain during penetration, and your partner shall find it difficult to insert. But this can be minimized by a few methods. One is to use a lubricant during penetration. Apply the jelly over the vaginal opening, and this should help. Ask your boyfriend to use a lubricated condom. A warm water bath before sex will relax the muscles around the vagina. Spend more time in foreplay, which will also help ease penetration because of the secretion of lubricants and relaxation of vaginal muscles. When alone, try inserting your finger into the vagina gently. Repeat this a few times a day, and once you are pain-free, insert two fingers into the vagina gently. Repeat this for a few days, and you will be okay. Always insert fingers after washing hands properly.
Thank you.
