Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have twin boys and girls. They were born at 36 weeks with 2.6 boys and 2.25 girls. Later, a boy baby used to come on a correct, but a girl baby is still in the same condition. However, since I was 4 years old in a month, my weight has still been between 14 (boy) and 12.8 (girl). I do not know what has to be done to increase my weight. If I take any medication or syrup, it gives us an outward reaction, making us get scared and stop it. And also, my baby boy is often getting a worm infection in spite of being given a worm infestation syrup like Nemocid and having undergone a worm treatment with some medicines like Zanocin, Flagyl, Subiotic, followed by Mebex, but that too did not last more than 4 months.

Please suggest what to do.

Please stop consumption of the following items for both children:

1. Chips and chocolates.

2. Any outside food.

3. Bread and bread products.

Along with the above, give the children the following medication to kill the worms:

1. Syrup Bandy (200 mg/5 ml) 10 ml for one dose only at night.

After that, start the child on the following multivitamins:

1. Syrup Calcimax P 5 ml twice a day for 3 months.

2. Syrup Zincovit 5 ml once a day for 3 months.

Please keep water consumption to at least 0.26 gal per day when consuming the above medications.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
