Hello doctor,

I had my last period on the third of this month, and after 21 days, I got light bleeding. It continued for four days and contained red blood discharge, mucus, and blood. One week before bleeding, I had taken an I-pill and had sex using a condom. I took a urine test this morning while bleeding, but it was negative. While having sex, the off-white, thick, paste-like, and clumpy discharge had been seen near my vagina. Due to confusion and safety, I took an I-pill even though I had a condom. What will be the reason for this condition?

I did not have this issue earlier, but I had a D and C procedure one year ago, so my periods are sometimes irregular. I had taken three pregnancy tests at home while bleeding, but they turned out to be negative.
