1. Practice good hygiene.

2. Avoid scented soaps and lotions. Instead, use neutral non-soap cleansers, such as Episoft cleanser or No soap cleanser, daily for one month.

3. Always clean the glans penis after retracting the foreskin.

4. Wash with warm water.

5. Dry the area after cleaning. Avoid moisture, as moisture favors fungal growth.

6. Practice safe sex. Use barriers and always wash your private areas after sexual intercourse.

7. Apply Clotrimazole cream at night for two weeks. Take the tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg at night after food for seven days (if itching) and the tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once daily after dinner for three days.
