Nowadays, most of the stress is encountered at the work place. This is largely attributed to targets, deadlines, cut throat competition if not only in corporate world but literally every walk of life.

There is a relationship exists between work pressure and performance at any work place:

  • If there is no stress or low work pressure, the performance of the worker is likely to be sub optimal.
  • If there is more stress, it will be a cause of anxiety and this will again be a cause for bad performance.
