3D mammography showed calcifications in the right breast. Do I need to worry?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. I saw your mammogram report (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Yes, it is very vague, with no information about the size and number of calcified areas. Calcification is due to the deposition of calcium over the years and is normally benign. There is a minimal chance of it getting malignant.

What can be done to have a healthy baby after miscarriage?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I read your query and understand your concern regarding your wife's recurrent miscarriages. She can take these measures in the next pregnancy if she had missed any in the previous ones: Start taking Folic Acid 5 mcg once a day and tablet Ecosprin (Aspirin) 75 mcg once a day pre-pregnancy. Once pregnancy is confirmed, consult an expert gynecologist near you. Start Progesterone therapy and HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) injections as early as possible to support the pregnancy.

Can Ovidac injection give false beta hCG values?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Your beta hCG is increasing normally. There is no need to worry. Ovidac (human chorionic gonadotropin) will not interfere with the natural increase of beta hCG. If there were chances of miscarriage, then even after taking Ovidac injections, beta hCG would have decreased and bleeding would have started.

Which medicines should I take to get regular periods?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. First, you need to undergo investigations like an ultrasound of the pelvis, thyroid and prolactin profile. If you have already done the tests, then no need to repeat them. As you did not get periods for three months, get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. If it is negative, you get tablets from the nearby gynecologist for withdrawal bleeding.
