Does my subserosal fibroid need to be removed?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Fibroids in pregnancy may increase in size and can hamper the baby's growth by occupying space. Subserosal fibroid does not affect conception, but in your case, it is undergoing degeneration. This is a problematic part. Red degeneration is a fibroid degeneration in pregnancy, which causes severe abdominal pain throughout pregnancy, and surgery cannot be done.

What are the chances of pregnancy with a normal HSG report?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I have seen your reports, and they seem to be normal (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I would suggest doing proper ovulation monitoring for one month, starting from the 9-10th day to 16-17th day, until the egg gets ruptured and plan accordingly. Also, do semen analysis for your partner. If your periods are normal, try conceiving this way at least for three cycles.

What could be the reason for missed periods after sex?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I read your message. Actually, chances of pregnancy are negligible as you have irregular cycles. As you said you took Ipill on the third evening, so in the next 3 to 4 days you should expect your periods. If in case of periods does not occur, then do a blood test (serum bhCG ) around 11th to 12th day.

Is it normal to have irregular periods after an abortion?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. If there is a history of sexual intercourse after abortion, then I would suggest you do a blood test and serum beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) after 10 days of intercourse. Also, I would advise you to do one pelvic ultrasound and serum beta hCG to rule out any retained product of conception. If everything is fine, then you can take OCP (oral contraceptive pills) for three cycles to regularize your periods. Please do a pelvic ultrasound and serum beta hCG and send me the report.
