My wife had NT scan and double marker test at 12 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy. The report is as follows, CRL is 59.2 mm, NT is 1.45 mm, free beta-hCG is 84.84 mIU/mL, equivalent to 2.217 MoM and PAPP-A 0.712 IU/L equivalent to 0.282 MoM. Trisomy 21 is 1: 450 1:47 and trisomy 18 is 1: 5315. I wanted to know about if the risk in the first-trimester screening window is positive.

Should I worry about markers found in second-trimester scan?
Hello doctor,
I am a 31 year old female. My first trimester NT and double marker test showed a very low risk of 1:3690 for DS and 1:100000 for two other abnormalities. During the second-trimester anomaly scan, the doctor found two markers, CP cyst and mild RPD 4 mm and 4.5 mm. I have given blood for NIPT but did not get any results. I am at 23 weeks now and stressing out and getting really depressed. I have no family history of abnormalities. Is there a need to worry?

Periods delayed after having had unprotected sex. Can I take Unwanted 72?

I am a 19-year-old female. I had unprotected sex three days ago. He did not ejaculate inside me. He was having precum on his penis and it was his second ejaculation. He had washed and urinated before having the second session of intercourse. I am a bit scared to take Unwanted 72 because of its side effects mentioned on the website and as I am having various skin and liver problems. My periods get delayed by five to seven days every month normally but last month it got delayed by 12 days. I had intercourse the very next day of the end of my period. What is the chance of me getting pregnant? Can I take Unwanted 72 now? I am really scared.

Is CT scan safe during pregnancy?
Hi doctor,
I am a 29 year old female, and I was hospitalized for a week due to UTI. As a part of it, a CT scan was taken, which showed that I am completely cured. Then the next day, a blood test showed two weeks pregnancy. I am worried that the CT scan would have an adverse effect on the baby. Could you please advise.

What is the use of quadruple marker test?
