I have a swelling in the armpit, which is soft and painless. Is it breast cancer?

I have piles. Is there any relation present between piles and armpit swelling? The swelling present in my armpit is soft without pain. I searched online about it and it showed me a result of breast cancer. I have this swelling for a year and it came after my delivery. But now, I am not breastfeeding. I am tensed about the swelling. Whenever I fold my hand, it looks like a bump. Please suggest.

Hi doctor,
My husband gets sharp cramping in the lower right side of the abdomen over a period of two months. It happens once or twice a week and lasts for a minute. We checked for appendicitis and kidney stones and all the reports are negative. We did a CT scan of the abdomen and it came normal but with a finding of stage 1 fatty liver. I need an opinion from a general surgeon regarding my mother's wound. My mother is 81 years and she has wound for a year. She has consulted three doctors and done some laboratory tests. Based on her reports, the first doctor suggested her to use Mupirocin ointment and Mefenamic acid. It has not helped her. She usually have wound in the same area during her young age.

I have pain in left breast with fat necrosis and lymphadenitis. Is this a matter of concern?

I am 28 years old. I am suffering from breast pain for a year. The pain is present only on the left breast. I consulted a surgeon and took a scan. it showed fat necrosis and lymphadenitis on the left side. The doctor told me that it seems to be cyclic pain and prescribed a Vitamin E tablet and Neurobion forte for three months. After a week, I got a small swelling under my left armpit and I got three to four small red bumps in that arm. I usually get these rashes on the left arm. Is this a matter of concern?

I have terrible pain due to a grape-sized swelling in the opening of my anal area. What could it be?
Hello doctor,
Since yesterday, I have been having terrible pain from my perianal area. On self examination, I noticed there was a grape-sized swelling covering nearly half of the upper portion of my anal opening. It is slightly tender on palpation. I never had anything like this before. Prior to noticing the swelling, that same morning, I had diarrhea episodes (up to four or five times of loose stools). Hours later once diarrhea settled, the perianal pain started and I noticed the swelling.
I have no other past medical or surgical history. I have otherwise been well in myself. I am concerned that it may be an external hemorrhoid but would be very grateful for your kind advice on how to manage this.
