Does taking Ovasafe, Duphaston, and Folvite delay pregnancy?

I am 20 years old and got married a year ago. I had a problem with water bubbles formed up in my uterus and causing irregular periods. I used Folvite and Cystelia 35 for three months. Now, the doctor has given the following tablets and informed that I could get pregnant if I use those medicines. They are Ovasafe, Duphaston and Folvite. However, I would like to delay my pregnancy to two more months. Can I continue the tablets? Is there any harm in using the medicine if I plan to delay my pregnancy?

Should I take contraceptive after protected intercourse?
Hi doctor,
I am 19 years old. I had sex with my partner two days ago. We were protected. He told me that he even pulled out on time. But, it was our first time, and hence we were clumsy and all. And now I am kind of paranoid about getting pregnant. I have looked up other options which suggest taking a birth control pill, but since it has other side effects too, I am not actually in favor of taking it. My period is in two weeks, and since the symptoms of pregnancy and PMS are almost the same, I am worried. Maybe it is just because it was the first time but still, should I take a pill? Or should I just leave the situation as it is?

What could be the complications of a twin pregnancy?
Hi doctor,
My sister-in-law is 3 months pregnant. Three days ago, during her antenatal scan, we came to know that it is a monozygotic twin pregnancy. We have a few questions. How to know that it is not a conjoined twin? I have attached the scan reports. Please let us know whether the growth is fine. It was found to be a twin only after 3 months. Will it cause any major difference in their growth? Also, she is a short person and 83 lbs weight. Also, she lost 6 lbs in the last three months due to pregnancy sickness. Will it lead to premature delivery or C-section? She does not have any health issue such as BP, thyroid, bleeding disorder, diabetes, etc. This is her pregnancy and I have attached the scan reports for your reference. Please guide us doctor.

How can itching be effectively and safely controlled during pregnancy?
Hello doctor,
My wife is 35 years old and is four months pregnant now. She is suffering from severe itching which is not responding to any medication. Her doctor advised to take Udiliv 150 and Cetirizine, but there is no relief. We changed the doctor, and this doc advised to take Udiplus 300, capsule Coetrie, and tablet Alivher. But, this also is not working. I suspect that it is a case of obstetric cholestasis. Kindly suggest an effective and safe remedy to control the itching. The laboratory tests performed were LFT, bilirubin, and sonography.
