One can be keratitis (marginal keratitis) and other can br allergic conjunctivitis. Although I feel this is more a picture of keratitis. I suggest starting Vigamox eye drops (Moxifloxacin) four to six times a day along with Homide (Homatropine) eye drops daily.

All the weak areas of your retina are lasered as per the reports, and they have not mentioned any unlasered fresh tears or holes. You can take the capsule Carovit forte (Lutein Preparation, L-Glutathione, and Lycopene), but I cannot assure you that it helps your floaters. Tablet Nepafenac is a good drug.
