What can be done to manage stomach pain with frequent stools?

My mother, 53 years old, has been suffering from severe stomach pain for the past few days. It started with running fever and dysentery 10 days back and both have subsided. Since then she has following complaints of stomach pain, having to pass stools after every food intake, stool 4 to 5 times a day, and severe tiredness. She had recently done her yearly general health check-up and no abnormalities were found. Please let me know how I should get her treated.

Will taking a repeated dose of the anti-rabies vaccine affect my body's immunity?
Hi doctor,
I was scratched by a dog a week ago. I took my first dose of the anti-rabies vaccine the next day. But due to the vaccine unavailability, I could not take my second dose. Almost two days have passed since I missed my second dose, and I have procured an anti-rabies vaccine. I have been recommended to start the anti-rabies vaccination (ARV) from the beginning. Please suggest. Also, please tell me if repeated dosages of the ARV affect my body's capabilities to produce enough antibodies to fight the rabies virus. And, taking an anti-rabies vaccine from the start have an adverse effect on me? Please help.
