I follow a low calorie diet and exercise. How to lose weight?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I recommend you eat your breakfast and lunch which include salads, clear soups, boiled eggs without the yolk, sprouts, green vegetables, roasted chicken, and fish. Avoid fatty and fried foods, sweet foods and drinks. Avoid eating after 8 PM and dinner should have only salad, sprouts, and clear soups. You should do ten minutes of continuous skipping or running every day or 45 minutes of brisk walk.

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Most diarrhea is viral in origin and does not require any treatment except for ORS (oral rehydration solution). But, to rule out bacterial infection, get your stool tested for three consecutive days when you have diarrhea and send me the reports. Also, note any relation with a type of food that leads to diarrhea. I hope this helps.

Maintaining hydration is very important and you can take ORS (oral rehydration salts) or coconut water or clear soups. Also, check your blood sugar if you have a home glucose monitor. I have gone through your reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity) and find that your hemoglobin and iron stores are slightly low as well as low Vitamin D3 levels. I would like you to write your symptoms again in detail and send me an HD picture of the area where you find significant hair loss and I would be better able to suggest the treatment. For treatment I suggest you take capsule Mashyne (Cholecalciferol, Iron, and Folic acid) 60 K once every week for eight weeks and tablet Bizfer XT (elemental Iron, elemental Zinc, Folic acid, etc.) one capsule once a day for one month for the deficiency states.
