Hi doctor,
I am 13 weeks pregnant. Last week, I underwent an NT scan report, and it was normal, and I gave a double marker blood test. Yesterday from the hospital, they called me for a blood test because the first report shows abnormal. I am so scared whether the second time the double marker test was normal. They did not give the first test report but simply told us the first test was abnormal, so we sent it for the second time. I am confused. Please tell me whether the second time test shows a normal result. If it is abnormal, is there is any early treatment to protect the baby from Down syndrome?

Hello doctor,
I was wondering if I can speak to someone about pain during insertion. I have never been able to insert a tampon, and I experience discomfort and a blockage when I try to insert a finger. It is most likely related to a psychological and irrational fear of sexual activity and also stresses. I am 24 years old and trying to get conceived. But my periods are irregular. I consulted a gynecologist. She advised me to take Duphaston. After taking it for five days, I got my periods. I followed the same for the next month. After taking my second dose, I consulted her again. She advised me to take an ultrasound. After seeing it, she gave me Clomid. I took it for five days. After that, I took Duphaston. But my periods are delayed. After 17 days, I noticed a brown discharge. It does not look like periods. Can I expect pregnancy?
