What is the best treatment to remove accident scars on the face?

I have a hypertrophic scar on the left side of my face due to a road traffic accident from five years ago. I had undergone a scar revision surgery four years back but, no improvement was seen. So, I had a Z-plasty surgery two years back with a 40 percent improvement. But, it is still visible and I am very conscious about it. Can this be improved further?

How long does it take for the complication of brow lift surgery to resolve?

Hi doctor,

My best friend recently had a brow lift. And a few days after started having complications. The doctor reopened the scalp and has her now covering this huge wound in her head with bandages, which are not closing up. He keeps saying longer, and now he keeps doing these other treatments to try and save her hair. It is the most horrific sight. I want another opinion to know if this is common today; he told her two to three more weeks.

I recently did my mustache transplant, and it has been five days. While taking a bath, water accidentally came into the transplanted area. I was given another spray from the clinic and was told to apply it to the mustache area every ten minutes, which I am still doing. But now I am worried that the implanted hair might not grow since water got into my mustache. Could you please guide and advise me, and should I be worried about this?

Tattoo removal, can tattoo be removed without injury to the skin or creating a scar? I have gone for two sessions for laser treatment for tattoo removal, and each time there were multiple pinhole injuries, and the tattoo has not faded even a single bit. Is this treatment I am receiving appropriate?

Can puffed up nipples with slight hardness under it be gynecomastia?

I am a 38-year-old male, 5.7 feet tall and weight is 160 pounds. I have been having puffed up nipples since long and can feel slight hardness under the nipple surface. It is painless and there is no discharge. I suspect gynecomastia. I can provide you photographs. Need your advice on treatment.
