Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am concerned about my wife. She has got pain in her stomach. I thought it could be gas, so I gave her Eno. It did not relieve her symptom, so I gave her another antacid, but she still feels the same. She has got pain in her stomach. I thought it could be gas, so I gave her Eno. Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. As your wife is suffering from sudden abdominal pain, it can be due to acute indigestion or dyspepsia. My advice is consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and take medications with their consent. I suggest you take a capsule of Rabeprazole (Rabeprazole Sodium) 20 mg once daily for a week, avoid gastric irritants like spicy foods, tea, coffee, or smoking, take cooked oat-meals which will help in soothing the stomach. Provide any other medical history, like fever, if present. Thank you.
