Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

The climate is hot here. I lost my skin color. I got a lot of acne. My skin is oily and sensitive. Now, what can I do? I am using Adapalene with Clindamycin phosphate gel. Is it right for me? I always use a night cream to get my color. I am using sandalwood powder with rosewater now for my skin.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your query (attachment removed to protect patient identity). You have moderate acne. I suggest you use your current topical medications and add, Vibramycin tablet (Doxycycline) 100 mg for every 12 hours, after meals. Avoid eating chillies, nuts, drinking soft drinks as well as full cream milk. There is no decrease in your skin color. Kindly give more details with a photo to this complaint.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
