This can be treated by using depigmenting cream, sunscreen and also sun protection clothing. I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions.

1. Apply Aziderm gel (Azelaic acid) 20 % during the night daily.

2. Face guard gel (non comedogenic sunscreen) with SPF (sun protection factor) 50 + can be used daily in the morning hours all over the face after taking a bath and can be repeated once after four hours.

3. Dietary restrictions should be followed such as avoiding oily spicy junk food, milk products, and non-vegetarian foods.

4. Consume water adequately which helps in hydrating the skin.

5. Cutiwash soft foam (Cocamidopropyl betaine) face wash for cleaning your face twice daily.
