How to get rid of face, back, and shoulder acne?

I have read your query and concern. It seems you have developed facial and trunk acne. Acne vulgaris is a common skin problem in adolescents and in adulthood it involves pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands and is therefore seen to involve areas where oil glands are dense like the face, chest, back, and upper arms are common sites of involvement. I am assuming you have grade 1 to grade 2 acne. You can start using 1 % Clindamycin gel during day time over pimples and 0.1 % Adapalene gel at night hour over the whole face (dark spots) for around two to three months. Adapalene may develop a little bit of a burning sensation, you should use it in small quantities for the trunk you can use 5 % Benzoyl peroxide twice daily for the same duration. For cleaning your face you can use soft foam gel face wash. You have to do certain dietary restrictions like not taking oily spicy food, junk food, milk products, or non-vegetarian food, and drinking a lot of water.
