Hello doctor,
I am a 30-year-old male. I have severe acne and pimples on my cheeks. It started two weeks ago. I used aloe vera, and the effect has somewhat reduced the severity, but the marks remain, and new pimples keep appearing every day.
Please suggest.

Kindly share your photos. In the meantime, you can apply Deriva-CMS (Adapalene and Clindamycin) gel at night on the pimples.
Additionally, do not scratch or break the pimples, as it can cause dark spots and scars that are difficult to treat.
Kindly follow up after a month.
