Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had a patch on my face for a few months now. It is all dry but then gets red and stinks on the other days. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It appears to be stress-induced acne, as per your explanation. Attach a clinical picture to arrive at a definitive diagnosis so we can guide you.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I have attached an image.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It appears to be a post-inflammatory scar mark. Apply scar end gel at daytime for 21 days. Apply Mupirocin cream or FM derma ointment (Fucidin cream plus Mometasone cream) at night for seven days. Do not scratch or rub the lesion to avoid secondary bacterial infection. Use Dermadew soap (Sodium palmate) for a bath for one month. Use cleanser to cleanse the face twice daily in the morning and evening for two months. Apply Moiz MM (Cetyl alcohol) cream immediately after a bath or ceramide-based or water-based moisturizer daily for two months(to avoid dryness). Moisturize skin frequently. Drink two to three liters of water daily. Eat healthy food. Eat more greens and fresh fruits rich in vitamins. Take a tablet of Vitamin C 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
